“I was depressed and anxious for 8 years before finding Cardell
and Linn, hardly able to find the energy to get out
of bed in the morning. I had obsessive thoughts all
day long, and knew that if something didn’t change I
was going to lose everyone in my life because I
could not function. When I attended the retreat, I
was astounded with the way my feelings started to
shift. I reconnected with myself and learned a lot
about energy and the fact that I create my own
