Although it is difficult to fill a space that you have reserved when you are unable to attend, we know that sometimes circumstances prevent your ability to attend and we do everything we can to make the situation win/win.

Cancellations:

 

We offer a full refund, minus a 10% administrative cancellation fee, if cancellation is

60 days or more prior to the retreat.

 

We offer a 50% refund, minus a 10% administrative cancellation fee, if cancellation is

between 30 and 60 days prior to the retreat.

 

No refunds can be given within 30 days of the retreat, however, we will issue a credit.
 

Rescheduling Credits:


We are always happy to issue a CREDIT toward a future retreat in all cases, with a 10% administrative rescheduling fee.

 


 

For Follow-Up Program calls rescheduling - We do not issue refunds for phone consultations. We will work with you to reschedule your sessions to a time which works best for you and for Cardell, or issue consultation credit based upon when you signed up and how much time is left on the contract.
 

All of the terms above are in effect regardless of when you register to attend a retreat. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
